Allan charges $325 for local officiating services which includes;

Three Personal Visits.

Officiant in the dress style of your choice.

Music- background at arrival, with processional and recessional music of your choice, plus 15 minutes to wind down the event casually.

Ceremony elements and all "add-ons" included.

Wicker Table- and most items needed to perform any of the "add-on" ceremony portions.

Three Personal Visits

-Initial meeting, Rehearsal and Ceremony. Unlimited phone and email time. ON-time delivery of services or your money back!

Rehearsals are at your actual wedding location... Usually the venue contact person will point out the behind the scenes path you'll take to the ceremonial area, but once you're on the pathway, I've got you covered.

If you are in the early stages of planning...we'll gladly offer suggestions for beach wedding locations and catering venues. Without a confirmed date and place...there's no wedding yet!

Sound System with a Wireless Microphone AND MUSIC -

If you are having a wedding anywhere near water and waves with more than 10 guests, you will need a sound system to overcome the white noise and to hear my voice at it's best. Raising my voice to be heard without a sound system will only serve to diminish the intimacy of your event. That's only part of the reason I now include my sound system with every ceremony.

After enduring so many events where the quality of a supplied sound system has affected the outcome of my delivery, I now guarantee my services by always providing both my own microphones and music capability as part of my basic services.

Our system is powerful enough to deliver the sound of my voice intimately and clearly, for up to 150 guests. The music we supply includes your choice of traditional compositions for your processional through recessional, plus about 15-20 minutes of background music both before and after your ceremony. Everything is completely controlled by your officiant for precision timing. You need nothing more than our basic services to deliver your ceremony!

Equivalent service of a DJ who serves only by delivering music... would unnecessarily add $250 or more to the bottom line of your costs. Hire me and you're already saving money! Enjoy this gift!

We also have larger sound systems available for events with over 150 guests. Providing my own sound is the only way I can guarantee my voice is delivered with the perfection that I strive for.

Writing services as needed to personalize your event -

I'll compile an initial ceremony based on our discussions and your desires. I will then edit and change your ceremony until you are happy...it usually takes about two revisions. You will also receive a copy of your finalized ceremony and vows. You'll also have full access granted to our extensive files of ceremonies and readings if you are searching for something different.

The Performing of "Ceremony Add-Ons" are included

Your wedding will include any element(s) that you desire....There are no additional fees. We don't like being nickeled and dimed ourselves... so we won't do it to you either! I provide a ceremony as you want it to be...including whatever you want within it...

There are so many special moments that can be created within your indoor or outdoor wedding... I know just how to make those moments significant without being corny or contrived. We provide all of the poetry, but you're always welcome to add in....
Much of the accompanying glassware and tools needed to perform any of these "ceremony add-ons" are also included...(See images below for a better understanding of what we supply.)

A Beautiful Wicker Ceremonial Table - and Ceremony "Add-Ons"

If there's anything within your ceremony that needs a table...We will bring it for you!

Here's the wicker table that we supply... and a few of the ceremonial element tools that we also provide... You are always welcome to further decorate and enhance the table, or use your own items to match your individual style.

Sand Ceremony- The decorative bottle shown is just an example of a sand ceremony central vase/bottle and is not provided-

All you'll need to supply is ONE beautiful vase or glass bottle with a wide opening, and the two colors of sand that you will use for your sand ceremony. The bigger, more decorative and unique, the better.

I've got all the other containers needed to include a family of up to 6 people. If you need a lot of colors for family participation, I usually have some left over sand on hand....just ask.

For a unique and cost effective approach, I've found great bottles for this at Goodwill , local yard sales, and unique ones at my local wine shop. Avon and FTD make alot of appropriate glassware for their products that translate well into Wedding Sand Ceremonies. Many styles of "Sand ceremony kits" are available online for about $60 some are even engraved.

The gorgeous bottle shown on the table below was purchased at Goodwill for $5 and is prettier than most bottles in the kits that people have provided.

The Conch Horn is used for the "Conch Horn Send-Off"

The Heart Shaped Wire Basket- (above) Is provided to hold the shells for the "Shell Wishes Toss." You need only provide the shells. If you're not a fan of my heart shaped basket or have a huge crowd I have a few other appropriate choices as well.

A Bouquet for your pictures, or Roses for your "Rose Ceremony..."
If you need a loner for your pictures...just let me know. If you'd like live flowers, or your own silks, please ask us about the best florists in the area....we know them all.

The Blue Bottle is provided for "Message In A Bottle Vows."
The scrolls on the table are within and hold your personal vow messages which you will read aloud to one another. Colored glass and sands really stand out on a beach.

We'll notarize your marriage license for free
We'll also aid you with beach permits, locations, and many other services.

We'll gladly drop your notarized marriage license documents into the mail for you after your event. You should pre-stamp and certify the letter in advance for tracking.
We always suggest that you return your documents in person to the clerk where your license was obtained for the immediate return of your finalized papers vs. any possibility of loss in the mail.

If you are in the early stages of planning...we'll gladly offer suggestions for beach wedding locations and catering venues. Without a confirmed date and place...there's no wedding yet!

We'll happily offer help with Beach Permits and Marriage Licenses, and
share local resources for any item that we don't deliver ourselves.

Our only requirement is a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold a date.

Balance due is required at your rehearsal... in some cases as early as 3 weeks before your event. Collection of fees in advance is dependent upon the number of vendors involved and sometimes their additional requirements. Payment in advance enables all involved to be paid on the performance date.

Additional Options

Shown above; Our Metal Artist Created Canopy with Purple Orchid Centerpiece and Vines. Two Fabric colors that best match your wedding..are included. Odd colors can also be purchased. Notice the roofline and metal scrolling which is unlike any canopies I know in the area. Watch for pictures with more options and better draping (I did this without help just to get a picture-trust me it will look much better soon-come back for an update within the week).

We'll soon offer a silk rose arrangement that replaces the purple orchid centerpiece and side arrangements that will cover the two front corners. A third option (not shown) are two Kissing Bone Fish for a tiki-hut more casual beach wedding look. For beach weddings, with canopy, urns, or chair rental, we always rake the sand to define the area.

Just give us your names and we'll meet you on the beach with a pre-written beautiful, intimate and romantic ceremony, that reflects our initial conversation and your desires.

Must be booked and performed within two months of your initial call or email. Payment in full is required in advance via mail or during our initial and only meeting. A rehearsal or sound system is NOT included - all further preparation is via phone and email. Your documents will also be notarized.

No one that we know offers this in our area...and I wonder why not?
It adds a magical sense of whimsy, energy, and fun to any event. This is a commercial sized bubble machine, the same used on rooftops at Disney that produces adjustable clouds of bubbles.
$125 includes electricity required to run it on any beach.
$100 with nearby electrical source provided.
